All sales are final.
Due to the nature of our products (car perfume scents / air fresheners), we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@mydulia.com with a photo of the issue. We will gladly replace the item or make it right.
